Washington, DC, March 18, 2016 – Friends of Cancer Research would like to congratulate Greg Simon on being named executive director of the White House’s Cancer Moonshot Task Force.

Simon, a cancer survivor himself, co-founded FasterCures, an organization dedicated to saving lives by speeding up and improving medical research. Additionally, he has worked as the Senior Vice President for Patient Engagement at Pfizer and has held positions in both chambers of Congress and the White House.
