Friends of Cancer Research (Friends) hosted our “Friends’ Cell Therapies Webinar for Advocates” on May 23rd. Friends and Parker Institute for Cancer Immunotherapy (PICI) held a public meeting on May 6th to delve into advancing proposals in the ever-evolving realm of cell and gene therapy, particularly in improving trials and treatments for patients. The event built on these initial discussions and provided an opportunity for advocates to ask further questions. Part of the event was a Q&A session with two experts from the May 6th panels, Dr. Alex Marson and Chris White.
