Friends of Cancer Research (Friends) is excited to host our upcoming “Friends’ Cell Therapies Webinar for Advocates” on May 23rd! Friends and Parker Institute for Cancer Immunotherapy (PICI) held a public meeting on May 6th to delve into advancing proposals in the ever-evolving realm of cell and gene therapy, particularly in improving trials and treatments for patients. We want to build on these initial discussions and provide an opportunity for advocates to ask further questions in an upcoming forum. Advocate attendees are encouraged to watch the initial meeting as it will serve as a foundation for their participation in the webinar on May 23rd (but viewing is not required). Part of the event will be a Q&A session with two experts from the May 6th panels, Dr. Alex Marson and Chris White. Please feel free to send your questions before the event to advocacy@focr.org. We’ll be recording the meeting, so please submit your questions even if you are unable to attend!
