Friends of Cancer Research (Friends) is hosting a public webinar to examine approaches to optimizing dosing strategies for radiopharmaceutical therapies (RPTs) as their use continues to expand across oncology. While RPTs offer significant therapeutic potential, determining appropriate dosing remains complex as existing development approaches may not fully account for their unique exposure patterns, toxicity timing, and treatment regimens.
This webinar will bring together a range of experts to discuss fit-for-purpose approaches to dose selection and dosage optimization for RPTs. Discussions will focus on strategies to support safe dose escalation, integrate dosimetry with emerging clinical and biological data, and apply a totality-of-evidence approach to inform clinical development and regulatory decision-making.
Stay tuned for additional updates.
