Friends of Cancer Research (Friends) is hosting a public webinar to explore how interim overall survival (OS) data can be more effectively interpreted and used to inform regulatory and clinical decision-making. Interim OS analyses are often based on immature data and can be difficult to interpret, particularly when early endpoints drive key development decisions.

This webinar will bring together experts to discuss a simulation-informed framework for evaluating interim OS results, with a focus on assessing potential treatment-related harm and understanding uncertainty at the time of early readouts. Discussions will address how trial design, timing of analyses, and decision thresholds can support more consistent and transparent interpretation of interim OS data.

Stay tuned for additional updates.
